The first meeting of Girls Who Code was very interesting, they talked about what we were going to be learning and the tools we would be using. We were going to be learning how to write our own codes, we will also be using computers and websites such as Scratch and Code.org. Another thing they said we would do is watch inspirational videos about women who code. The next thing we did was sign into the website Scratch. Scratch lets you write code using a visual editor and it writes the javascript for you since I don’t write javascript, yet.
